The libel suit instituted in the Munich court by Adolf Hitler, against the anti-Semitic deputy, Graefe, the Catholic editor, Osterhuber, the Socialist deputies Zerfas, Dichtl and Wimmer, was decided in favor of the plaintiff.
The defendants were sentenced to ten days in prison or a fine of 1,000 marks. The defendants had accused Hitler of having received money from Mussolini to mitigate the German feeling over the annexation of southern Tyrol. The court found that the defendants submitted insufficient evidence to prove their charge.
