A university education is not complete unless a student is able to prove sufficient knowledge of the racial theory, according to Prof. Astel, head of the Thuringia race department.
Addressing a meeting marking the installation of Dr. Johann von Leers in a new chair of racial teaching at the University of Jena, Dr. Astel said last night that no student should receive a degree before demonstrating knowledge of Nazi race precepts.
“Racial teaching should be the heart and mind of the university and should occupy an appropriate place in all faculties, whether law, medicine, science, philosophy or theology,” he declared.
