Baron Andreas von Koskull, 59, formerly a colonel in Hitler’s SS, will be extradited to West Germany to stand trial there on charges of mass murder of Jews in southern Russia during the war, Minister of Justice Ivo Samkalden announced here today.
The baron was arrested recently by Dutch authorities at Willemstad, Curacao, after he had arrived there on an Italian steamer. The arrest had been requested by West German authorities at Wuppertal. The man was flown here from Curacao.
