Holland’s Queen Honors Mcdonald for Refugee Aid

In recognition of his services for German refugees Queen Wilhelmina of Holland has conferred the Order of Orange Nassau upon James G. McDonald, retiring League of Nations High Commissioner for German and other refugees, it was learned here today.

The order was handed to Mr. McDonald by The Netherlands Ambassador to Great Britain prior to Mr. McDonald’s departure Sunday for the United States.
