Hollywood Sends Envoy to Israel to Study Possibilities for Production of Films There

Herbert T. Silverberg, an attorney, left here for Israel to scout possibilities there for the production of motion pictures by American producers. Producers have large sums of money frozen in the Jewish state from film rentals, Mr. Silverberg said, and Israel is seeking to follow the policy of European nations which encourage the spending of impunded funds to produce new films.
