Holocaust denier David Irving plans to challenge the ban on his entry into New Zealand. Irving was prevented from boarding a flight in Los Angeles on Sept. 16 when an urgent fax was sent by New Zealand officials to the airport, ordering airline officials to bar him from boarding an aircraft headed for New Zealand.
