Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel completes his second year in a Canadian prison this week as he continues to fight deportation to Germany. As David Tkachuk noted in the Canadian Senate, Zundel has filed a complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Commission over his treatment and is suing the federal government on the grounds that his detention has violated his human rights.
