President Hoover has sent a telegram to Benjamin E. Greenspan, president of the Wall Street Synagogue, congratulating the congregation on the first anniversary of its founding and wishing it success in the future. The first anniversary of the congregation, which is located temporarily on the top floor of a skyscraper in New York’s financial district, was celebrated Thursday night at the Purim services at which Rabbi Joseph Hager officiated.
