The House of Representatives yesterday granted time for members to express tribute to the late Samuel Dickstein who served in that body for 22 years.
Rep. John W. McCormack, of Massachusetts, told of the value of Judge Dickstein’s leadership against Nazism and Communism. Judge Dickstein was also lauded by Rep. Noah M. Mason, of Illinois, and New York Representatives Eugene J. Keogh, Arthur G. Klein, Abraham Multer, and Jacob K. Javits.
