After five hours of debate, the House of Representatives today adopted the Fellows Bill to admit 202,000 DP’s into this country within the next two years. The House measure and the Senate Wiley-Revercomb Bill, which provides for the admission of a like number during the same period, but which drastically limits the number of visas available to displaced Jews, will go into a joint conference of both Houses. The bill was adopted by a vote of 287 to 91.
