The special House Committee investigating un-American activities is scheduled to make its report to Congress Friday, it was learned today from Representative Charles Kramer, a member of the committee.
The report, it is understood, will contain recommendations upon which Congress will be asked to act. These include:
1. The creation of a special division in the Department of Justice to keep a constant check on all individuals and radical organizations suspected of subversive activities.
2. Enactment of legislation making it a felony to print, transport or distribute pamphlets, literature or other written propaganda of groups advocating overthrow of the government by force and denying the privilege of the mails to such material.
3. Continuation of the life of the committee for the remainder of the seventy-fourth session of Congress.
The report will strike at subversive activities of Nazis, Silver Shirts, Communists and other groups which have undergone the Committee’s scrutiny during the investigation which was initiated by Representative Samuel Dickstein of New York.
