Human Rights Watch called on Israel and the Israel-allied South Lebanon Army to halt the alleged practice of expelling Lebanese from their homes. The New York- based group said hundreds of Lebanese have been expelled for reasons ranging from cooperation with Hezbollah to collective punishment of local populations. An Israeli spokesman refused to comment on the report.
