The Jewish Burial Society of the town of Kaposvar celebrated its centenary this week. Representatives of the District Government, the Town Council, local authorities and religious leaders were present at the celebration, which took the form of the consecration of a new Chapel in the Jewish cemetery.
Rabbi Dr. Emmanuel Herzog and Dr. Samuel Berger, the president of the burial society, spoke.
