It is published and distributed by Pelley Publishers of Asheville, N.C., owned by William Dudley Pelley, head of the anti-Semitic Silver Shirts. The preface declares that the growing number of Jews in the Government is “a mischievous thing that Pelley of the Silver Legion is contesting.”
