The inhabitants of a small Hungarian village have voluntarily restored an old Jewish cemetery, rebuilding the walls, erecting a gate and replacing the old tombstones. The inhabitants of Sasd, in southern Hungary, where no Jews now live, apparently took the decision to restore the cemetery last winter. School students did most of the work but practically all local craftsmen also joined in
