Ogilvie, at an Israeli Bonds dinner at the Executive mansion here, urged Americans to support Israel’s economic growth as a means of strengthening the chances of peace in the Middle East. “The achievements which Israel has attained in the development of a dynamic young democracy,” he said, “must be continued uninterrupted.”
