Immigration Commissioner Announces Dp’s Who Entered U.S. by Fraud Will Be Deported

Steps will be taken to deport DP’s who arrived in this country as immigrants by fraud, Watson Miller, Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization today told the Senate Judiciary Committee which is considering a new DP immigration bill. Earlier, Almanzo Tripp, chief of the Immigration Service Mission for DP’s in Europe, declared that as many as 30,000 DP’s may have been admitted to this country illegally.
