Meyer W. Weisgal, chairman of the executive council of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel, arrived here today to participate in conferences in New York on the campaign to raise funds for the Institute.
Mr. Weisgal revealed that India and Israel are considering an exchange of scientists despite the fact that India has not as yet recognized the Government of Israel. He expects to remain in this country for approximately three months, working with the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute.
