The legend spread by anti-Zionist agitators in the Mohammeden world that the Jews, and especially the Zionists, intend to seize the Omar Mosque, which is built on the site where the Temple of King Solomon stood, was officially discussed today between Mohammeden representatives and the Chief Rabbinate of Palestine.
The Indian Moslem delegation, which is touring the Moslem countries for the purpose of strengthening Islam, arrived yesterday and their first act was to visit the Chief Rabbinate of Palestine. During a conwelzation between the Mohammeden delegation and the Rabbis, the former asked specifically whether the Jews, and especially the Zionists, intended to seize the Omar Mosqo. The delegation was assured that no such intention existed, and it left satisfied. The delegation consisted of Rushalli Hafex, Jacob Sti and Muhamad Vaial.
