Inter-american Parley Urges Action Against Racial Discrimination

The tenth Inter-American Conference here yesterday adopted unanimously a resolution condemning racial discrimination and recommending action to abolish it throughout the Western hemisphere. The resolution, adopted 19 to nothing, with one abstention, recommended that the American states adopt legal and educational measures to effect the abolition.
