Interfaith relations are moving forward, Pope Benedict XVI told a Jewish delegation. The pope made the comments Monday in a meeting at the Vatican with representatives of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. Benedict emphasized the 40th anniversary of Nostra Aetate, the Catholic Church document that repudiated Jewish responsibility for the death of Jesus.
