A symposium arranged by the International Bar Association, which is now holding a session here, today adopted a resolution supporting United Nations efforts to abolish statelessness and calling for liberalization of existing naturalization laws in various countries.

Egyptian and other Arab delegates strongly opposed the resolution, which was prepared by the Association’s committee on immigration and naturalization, under the chairmanship of Dr. Bruno Weill, well-known Jewish legal expert from the United States.
