The Iota Theta Law Fraternity will hold its annual inter-chapter banquet on Thursday evening, June 28, at the Elks Clubhouse, 150 South Oxford street, Brooklyn. Prominent jurists, attorneys and professors are expected to attend. Dr. William G. Coler, founder of the fraternity, is chairman of the dinner committee.
TO STUDY PROPAGANDA
Hitler’s and Mussolini’s propaganda techniques will be briefly analyzed, and the propaganda methods utilized by economic, social, educational and religious groups and by governments, will be surveyed in a course on “education in relation to public events and current opinions” which is to be given this summer at Teachers College, Columbia University, by Clyde R. Miller, director of the Bureau of Educational Service, it was announced today.
Publicity utilized in operating the New Deal will be the subject of one of a series of lectures, at which authorities in journalism and radio will assist.
