Iran complained to the United Nations about threats from Israel. Israel should “cease and desist immediately from the threat of the use of force against members of the United Nations,” Javad Zarif, Iran’s envoy to the United Nations, wrote last Friday to U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan in a letter circulated Wednesday, according to a Reuters report.
