Iran could soon pose a far greater threat to regional and international stability than Iraq now poses, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in an interview with The Times of London newspaper. “The entire world’s attention is understandably and legitimately focused on [Iraqi leader] Saddam Hussein,” he said. “But right across the border in Iran that country is developing freely, without any interference, without any pressure, without any inspectors, ballistic missiles and atomic weapons.”
