Iraqi President Saddam Hussein is sitting on a stockpile of well-hidden chemical and biological weapons, a high-level Iraqi defector said in an interview. A private secretary to Saddam’s son Uday for 15 years before defecting in February, Abbas al-Janabi told the London Guardian newspaper that even the Iraqi deputy prime minster, Tariq Aziz, does not know where the weapons are. The interview came amid Saddam’s latest standoff with U.N. arms inspectors.
