Iraq’s highest appeals court upheld Saddam Hussein’s death sentence for crimes against humanity. The Iraqi dictator and two former aides lost their appeal Tuesday. Hussein was sentenced in November for his involvement in the killings of 148 people in the Shi’ite village of Dujail in 1982.
