Irving Mitchell Felt, president of an investment firm, has been named chairman of the 1960-61 fund-raising campaign of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, which opens officially October 4th, it was announced today by Lawrence A. Wien, president of the Federation.
Mr. Felt, who is also chairman of the executive committees of the Hotel Corporation of America and of Madison Square Garden, was named to the Federation post for a second time after leading a successful campaign last year in which 10,000 volunteer workers participated and which netted $18,500,000.
