Funeral services for Issac Sommer were held from his home, 7402 Bay Parkway, Brooklyn, yesterday. Burial was at the Mount Zion cemetery. Rabbi Abraham Schroeder officiated.
Sommer was active in philanthropic work in Manhattan. He was president of the International Sick Benefit Society and the Neu Sonser Society. He died at his home Friday at the age of 75 after a long illness.
He is survived by his widow and six daughters; Mrs. Minnie Teiman, Mrs. Anna S. Greenberg, Mrs. Fay Wolfe, Mrs. Hannah Schoeman, Mrs. Bertha Aronstein and Mrs. Mollie Rappaport.
