Israel admitted that it taught questioning techniques used at a prison in southern Lebanon where torture is allegedly used. In an affidavit submitted to the High Court of Justice, Israeli officials said the Shin Bet domestic security service works with the South Lebanon Army, which runs the prison, to gather intelligence.
