Israel and Egypt are again discussing an underwater pipeline to supply natural gas from Egypt to Israel. If completed, the proposed pipeline would carry gas from Egypt to Turkey with exits at Israeli power plants. The talks, which resumed last month, have followed the ups and downs in peace talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
