Israel and Russia are jointly publishing documents that shed light on their bilateral relations between 1941 and 1953. The Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported that the collection includes an order issued in September 1947 by the Soviet foreign minister to his country’s U.N. delegation to support the General Assembly resolution for the partition plan that created the State of Israel.
