Israel and United States to Sign Point Four Agreement; U.S. Experts Arrive in Israel

United States Ambassador Monet Davis will present his credentials to President Chaim Weizmann next Monday, it was announced here today. On the same day Israel and the United States will sign a Point Four agreement in the office of Israel’s Foreign Minister.

Raymond Miller and Charles Stevens, two American agricultural experts of the U.N. Food and Agricultural Organization, arrived here for a brief study of Israel’s agricultural problems. They said that they will remain here for a week and then return to Washington to submit their report to the director general of the F.A.O. who will draw conclusions which may result in granting technical assistance to Israel.
