Israel arrested two members of a Hamas cell allegedly responsible for a Haifa suicide bombing earlier this month. The Shin Bet revealed Monday it had arrested two brothers from a village near the West Bank city of Jenin who are suspected of supplying the bomb used in the attack, which killed 10 people.
