Four persons were arrested here and ordered by a magistrate to be detained for 15 days, pending investigation of police charges that they were involved in alleged embezzlement of 200,000 Israeli pounds ($121,000) from the office of the Postal Bank here. According to police, all four are members of the Isral Communist Party.
