A campaign to enlist Jewish scientists and technical experts from abroad to serve in a special scientific section under the authority of the Premier’s Office was decided upon today at a meeting of the Cabinet. The body also agreed to increase the government’s share in the development of Jerusalem and to establish an “institute” to increase the productivity of labor.
