At the same time, it was announced here today that Schmuel Eliashiv, Ambassador from Israel to the Soviet Union, will present his credentials formally in Moscow tomorrow to Soviet President Klementi Voroshilov. Soviet Ambassador Alexander Abramov is scheduled to present his credentials here tomorrow to President Itzhak Ben Zvi. Both envoys were recently raised from the rank of Minister to Ambassador.
