Chilean President Ibanez received Dr. Joseph Burg. Israel Minister of Posts, Telegraph and Telephones, in a half-hour audience during which they discussed Israel-Chilean relations.
Later. Dr. Burg, who is touring Latin America in behalf of the Israel Bond Drive, inaugurated a bond sales campaign at a banquet in the city’s leading hotel. The Israel Legation also gave a reception for Dr. Burg which was attended by members of the diplomatic corps led by the Papal Nuncio, and members of the Chilean government.
