Israel’s Cabinet today ratified the tripartite Moscow agreement between the United States, Britain and the Soviet Union, forbidding nuclear tests in the atmosphere, outer space or under water. Israel signed the agreement at Washington, London and Moscow on the day the document was opened for signatures. But, until today, there had been no formal ratification by the Cabinet.
