Israel claimed it had destroyed two-thirds of Hezbollah’s strategic missile capability. Israeli officials said Monday that two-thirds of the several dozen Zelzal-2 missiles believed to be held by the Lebanese militia have been destroyed during the past 20 days of fighting.
