Israel cracked three West Bank terror cells. The Shin Bet security service announced Monday that it had arrested members of three Hamas cells based around Ramallah and Hebron. They are suspected of the recent kidnapping and killing of an Israeli from Jerusalem, and attacks that claimed four other lives.
