Israel decided to admit a non-Jewish relative of an Ethiopian immigrant family struck by tragedy. The Interior Ministry said Tuesday it would issue an immigration permit to Havtam Badje, 21, whose Jewish father killed his second wife and himself in Israel over the weekend, leaving seven orphans.
