Israel Defense Force soldiers evacuated a group of Kiryat Arba residents from the Tomb of the Patriarchs last Friday. The group had come to pray at the Tomb despite a ban on Friday prayers for Jews. Friday is the Moslem Sabbath and the day is reserved for them. The evacuation led to a scuffle between the soldiers and settlers, but no one was hurt.
