Georgetown University today announced that Simcha Dinitz, a member of the staff of the Embassy of Israel, has been awarded the “Cotinho Award” for distinguished achievement in the field of geopolitics. Mr. Dinitz, whose home is in Tel Aviv, has just completed studies at the University’s Foreign Service School.
