Dr. Arieh Harel, newly-appointed Ambassador to the Soviet Union, left here today for Moscow where, he said, he would attempt to bring about “better relations between the two countries, including economic relations.” Dr. Harel was formerly Minister to Rumania. He spent a month here in consultations regarding his new duties.
