A special envoy of the Israel Embassy in Paris went to Algeria last Monday, before the current crisis in that country burst into the open, it was learned here today. The envoy was sent to establish the fate of two Jewish Agency representatives who were kidnapped by Algerian rebels last February 17. The two, who were reported by Algerian nationalist sources to be living, are J. Hasan and R. Gera.
