The need for helping Israel receive and settle the anticipated 100,000 Jews from Eastern Europe was stressed here last night at the opening of the annual Swedish Keren Heyesod campaign. In addition to Rumanian immigrants, Israel Ambassador M. Yachiel said, the possibility of emigration of Jews from the Soviet Union to Israel should not be discounted.
