The Israel Embassy announced today that Levi Eahkol, Israel Minister of Finance, will arrive in the United States on May 19 to confer with leaders of the Israel bond organization on the future of the bond drive up to and subsequent to the termination in May, 1954, of the current three-year period of bond sales.
Mr. Eshkol will also discuss matters of common concern with officers of the United Jewish Appeal and representatives of the Jewish Agency. Pinchas Lavon, Israel Cabinet Minister without portfolio, who is already in the United States and Israel Ambassador Abba Eban will participate in the discussions.
