Israel fired missiles at the home of an Islamic Jihad leader after a suicide bombing in Haifa. Morshet Shahin escaped the attack, Palestinian witnesses told The Associated Press. Israel also imposed a curfew on the West Bank city of Jenin, the home of the Islamic Jihad bomber who carried out the Haifa attack.
