Israel fired two missiles at a car in the West Bank city of Nablus, wounding a deputy Palestinian police commander and two other people in the car. Israeli military sources said the police official, Jihad Miseemy, is responsible for a “long series of shootings and bomb attacks on Israeli soldiers and civilians.”
